What is a Group?

• 20 or more guests, based on double occupancy, traveling at the same time for a minimum of 3 nights.
• Group space is based on availability.
• Individual guest reservations may not be converted into a group once the individual reservation is made.
• Group status will be withdrawn if the minimum room requirements are not met.

Group Prices

• Groups get the current rates for the resort based on time of year and resort requested.
• The group organizers room category will be based on the average room category booked by their group.
• Group pricing is applicable based on double occupancy; third and fourth do not receive group pricing.

Booking Procedure

• TravelSDC’s group department is open Monday-Friday 9-5 EST. All group enquiries must be made through the groups application form in order for us to provide the best possible solution to your group travel requirements.
• Once you have filled out your group application we will review it and contact you.
• Once we approve your group you will be issued a group contract and assigned a deposit date, if this deposit date is not met we reserve the right to cancel your group without prior notice.

Deposit & Payment Requirements

• A $150 per person initial deposit accompanied by a signed group contract is required to create a group booking.
• 60 Days prior to arrival an additional $150 per person deposit is required to maintain group space.
• 30 Days prior to arrival, the final payment is required for all rooms.

Cancellation Policy

• Over 90 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee.
• 90-46 days prior to arrival, there is a $25 per person cancellation fee per room.
• 45-31 days prior to arrival, there is a $225 cancellation fee per person.
• 30-8 Days prior to arrival, there is a 10% of the group may be cancelled without penalty, the rest of the group there is a 100% penalty per room.
• 7 Days prior to arrival, there is a 100% penalty per room.

• Group rooms will be confirmed upon first deposit
