First and Second floor accommodations perfectly located next to the resort amenities area. Each air-conditioned room includes a screened-in porch or balcony, providing a uniquely relaxing environment with views of the pool decks and sand volleyball courts!

Our most popular weekend rental features a firm, king size Sealy Posturepedic mattress with 250 thread count poly cotton sheets, mini-refrigerator, microwave, satellite television, clock radio, sitting area with table, free local telephone service, corian top vanity, bathtub/shower combination, lush 18 oz. bath towels, coffee maker, hair dryer, and our Caliente signature toiletries.

Check-in time for motel rooms is 4pm or later and check-out time is 11am. Motel rooms have a maximum occupancy of two adults and for your comfort, we do not allow pets in any of our rental units.

For Our Guests Who Smoke... we have Motel rooms designated as non-smoking or non-designated. Guest may smoke indoors in our non-designated Motel rooms only. Guests are also welcome to smoke on any of our motel porches or balconies. At this time, all of our Casitas, Condominiums and Villas are designated non-smoking.

Located throughout the Casita Village and close to the Casita Clubhouse, hot tub and laundry facilities are these air-conditioned, one bedroom cottages that feature a porch or screen room for leisure and outdoor relaxation!

These rentals are sunny, airy modern cottages with kitchen/living room combinations, satellite television, queen sleeper sofas, stereo, dining area, free local telephone service, refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and small wares

Each Casita also features a full bath with bathtub/shower combination, Caliente signature toiletries, lush 18 oz. bath towels and queen bed with 250 thread count poly-cotton sheets. Casitas have a maximum occupancy of four persons and children are welcome.

Deluxe designated Casitas feature a room addition replacing the porch area and come with a DVD player. For your comfort, we do not allow pets or smoking in Casita rentals.

These spacious, individually decorated one and two-bedroom Condominiums are located throughout Caliente's beautiful residential community!

The well-appointed, first or second floor rentals feature fully equipped kitchens, living room, satellite television, VCR, free local telephone service and a dining area with sliding glass doors opening onto a screened-in porch or balcony for fresh breezes and your outdoor enjoyment!

Our 800 square foot one-bedroom units have a full bath with bathtub/shower combination and a queen bed. Maximum occupancy of our one-bedroom Condominiums is four persons.

Our 1,200 square foot two-bedroom units feature two queen beds and have two full baths; the master bath having a toilet, bidet and an oversized walk-in shower. Maximum occupancy of our two bedroom Condominiums is six persons.

Most one and two-bedroom units offer a queen sleeper sofa and all feature lush 18 oz. bath towels, Caliente signature amenities and 250 thread count poly-cotton sheets. Children are welcome in any Condominium rental. For your comfort, we do not allow pets in any of our rental units.

Deluxe designated Condominiums feature a king bed in the master bedroom, 27" or larger television, DVD player and washer and dryer. At this time, all of our Condominiums, Casitas and Villas are designated non-smoking.

These Richly Appointed, two story, three-bedroom, two and a half bath town homes are just incredible! Each Villa has a two-car garage and 2,200 square feet of living space. Features include free local telephone service, satellite television, 250 thread count poly-cotton sheets on all bedding, lush 18 oz. bath towels and our Caliente signature toiletries.

On the First Floor you find a Half Bath, fully equipped open Kitchen with breakfast bar, Dining Area and a huge Living Room with eight foot tall double sliding glass doors opening onto a large screened-in patio with a waterfront view.

The Second Floor boasts a Master Bedroom to die for; the sliding glass doors open onto a screened-in balcony where you can enjoy wonderful Florida breezes and a serene view of the water! The master bath is the final word in opulence, with a Jacuzzi tub, oversized glass-enclosed walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, toilet and a bidet. Also found on the second floor is another full bath with a bathtub/shower combination, washer, dryer and two Additional Bedrooms each having a queen bed.

Maximum Occupancy for our villas is six persons and children are welcome. For your comfort, we do not allow pets in any of our rental units and at this time, all of our Casitas, Condominiums and Villas are designated non-smoking.
