Is there a dress code at Caliente? |

Yes, nude when possible and clothed when practical! When you leave the Caliente Clubhouse and enter the outdoor amenity area you are expected to be nude, as this area is a "Clothing Free Zone". However, there will always be exceptions; weather being the main factor in determining the dress code or if you are a first time guest, time to adjust is only common sense. Exceptions are also allowed if you are under the age of 19 and are uncomfortable with personal nudity. The only area that is "nude only" is when entering any of the seven pools. |
What about the "Clothing Optional" scenario? |

Attire "appropriate for the occasion" is the dress code for the Club Caliente Clubhouse. Therefore, in the main Fiestas Nightclub/Disco, La Cantina Sports Bar, Maracas Piano Bar, Cafe Ole Restaurant as well as the Gym and Aerobics area, you are free to wear whatever you, the individual, feel most comfortable in. All we ask is that the attire be in good taste. |
Are "Cameras" allowed on Resort Property? |

Management does not allow any guest or person to take photographs within Caliente Resort. If you wish to take personal photographs of your stay at Caliente Resort, a manager must be present while the photographs are taken. The use of any camera or DEVICE with Camera capability, by any unauthorized guest or person, is strictly prohibited! |
What about Security at Caliente Resort? |

Caliente Resort and Spa is a gated Resort and Residential Community with security staff on-site twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. |

Is "Internet Access" available? |
|
A standard telephone line is provided for Internet Access and is included in the price of all accommodations, except Motel rooms; this includes all Casita Cottages, Condominiums and Villas. Also, there is ONE telephone Internet Access point available for use in the Casita Clubhouse. |
Is "Laundry Service" available? |
|
Except for those rented at a monthly rate, daily maid service is included in the price of every Motel Room, Casita Cottage, Condominium and Villa. Refreshing towels and trash removal are included in the daily maid service. Every third day a "Full Clean" is provided, including a change of linens. For your convenience, should you need to wash clothes, the Resort has a coin operated Laundry Room on-site at the Casita Clubhouse. |

Overt sexual activity or the appearance of such behavior is absolutely unacceptable on our grounds and this is a no exception policy. We expect behavior "never needing an apology" to be the norm. |
Is there a "Cash Policy" at Caliente? |

Caliente Resort does NOT ACCEPT CASH for retail purchases including food and beverages! The only exceptions are for overnight accommodations and memberships. Guests may charge purchases to their preferred Caliente House account, In-House Accommodation account (if they have a credit card on file) or a major credit card. In addition Guest may purchase a "Cash Card". Cash Cards are available in $20, $50 $100 and $200 denominations. They may be purchased at Guest Services on the Main Level of the Clubhouse. |
